Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped. The delivery estimate below is the total time from order to delivery and already includes this processing time.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship outside of Canada.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days, $4.00 (free on carts with 2 or more items)
Items shipped from overseas
Some items in our catalogue are fulfilled directly from an overseas warehouse by our fulfilment partner. Orders containing these items may take longer to arrive than the delivery estimate listed above. If your order includes one of these items, please allow additional time for delivery.
Customs, duties and taxes
LaneSpace is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees applied to your order. Any such charges applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and the damaged items and contact us as soon as possible so we can help you file a claim with the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will look into it with the carrier.
